We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from MUSENOVAS. If you are not happy with your product, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom products, opened or used products, or digital products, cannot be returned. Please review product descriptions for any specific return restrictions before making a purchase.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
